Like any parent, our heavenly Father wants His children to resemble Him. As the adopted children of God we are "heirs of God and coheirs with Christ" and we "are being transformed into his likeness with ever increasing glory." In order to be grow more like the Father, we need to know who He is. This study explores the attributes--the character--of God to aid the Bible student in knowing Him better and becoming more and more like Him. Has 9 chapters.

Agnes Lawless
Agnes C. Lawless is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University and Prairie Bible College and did graduate work at Syracuse University, Hartford Seminary Foundation and University of North Dakota. She has taught college level English and writing and is active in the Northwest Christian Writers Association. She coauthored three other Aglow Bible studies besides God's Character. Agnes and her husband John have also coauthored a book. Eadie Goodboy and her husband, Jim, retired from Boeing in Seattle several years ago and moved to Tucson, Arizona. She is a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. She has four grandsons and loves to swim and read. She is the author of another Aglow study, God's Daughter.
